Nika Asvanua, with a Doctorate in Public Administration and an Associate Professorship, was born on February 25, 1988. He graduated with honors in 2010 from the Faculty of Humanities and Technical Sciences at the Georgian Technical University. Following his undergraduate studies, Nika pursued a Master's program at the same university from 2010 to 2012.

In 2022, he successfully defended his dissertation on issues of personal data protection, earning him the academic title of Doctor of Public Administration from the Georgian Technical University.

With 18 years of professional experience and 12 years in public service, Nika Asvanua has made significant contributions to his field. His academic career is equally impressive, with 12 years of teaching various courses in administrative law and public administration.

Nika has published around 10 scientific articles addressing key legal issues and has participated as an author or co-author in several publications, including a collection of administrative law tests, judicial practices in Georgia, case study examples in administrative law, methods for solving cases in general administrative law, and mechanisms for personal data protection. He has also supervised numerous doctoral and master's theses.

Furthermore, Nika Asvanua is a founding member and serves on the board of the Association of Personal Data Protection Officers of Georgia.
